Full Moon Empty Sports Bag

Full Moon Empty Sports Bag began it's life as cult literary magazine, one of a new generation of intelligent urban magazines emerging from east London’s literary scene. Full Moon subsequently made the front pages of The Guardian. Following a void created by the demise of the Face and Sleazenation, the magazine is the underground document of the moment. Previous contributors have included a prostitute, a convicted money launderer, Brix Smith, the punk icon and ex-wife of the singer Mark E Smith, Ian Allison, Dot Allison and Pete Doherty of Baby Shambles.

The website has become the new format for the distribution and publication of other work that we wanted to publish in the print editions. Sadly we found there was never enough space to fit all these excellent contributions. Therefore, we have some alternative publishing ideas in progress and continue to ask readers to contribute by joining the community of www.fullmoonemptysportsbag.com, and uploading new literary work (poetry and prose), artwork, photography, and recorded material (video and audio).  Even if you are only here to read, you may want to engage in some form of intellectual discourse with the writers/artists -  we strongly encourage this.
